Every Item received from our Supplier to have date of Packing & Date of Expiry
Every Supply to our Customer will have Date of Packing & Date of Expiry
Every Supply will have Traceability No to corelate our Supply to our customer with Supply Received from Our Supplier
Traceability No will be as per below
YYYY/MM/DD -SN-Matl Description - Material Code Material Code will tell Details of our Supplier YYYY/MM/DD--Indicates -Date of Packing with Month & Year SN indicate Numerical value of Packing done on that day
Yes Very much essential to take precautions while using our products.
All essential Precautions are listed below
Received material to be checked for Correct label & Correct Date of Packing & Date of Expiry
Material to be consumed well before Expiry Date
Material once removed from sealed Packet, same to be stored in Air Tight Container. This is compulsory for every season & for every Item
Material Storage containers must be stored at Dry Place & away from Heat to avoid getting in contact with Moisture
Wet Spoon should never be used for Pickle , Masale , Chutney. To ensure Spoon is completely dry heat it on Gas flame for few seconds before use.
If you are using Bare Hands to handle material from Containers , you must ensure that you hand especially fingers must be absolutely dry. Under any circumstances no moisture should be allowed to come in contact with Material
All Known Measures of Experience must be taken to ensure no Moisture comes in contact with items & Fungus growth takes place
Yes We are having our own Quality Addressal System which is as per below.
Every effort will be taken to ensure Good Quality Material reaches Customer with adequate Expiry Date in spite of same if any Quality issue is noticed in our supplies they will be addressed as per below
Customer Must inspect received Material for following points with in 48 hours of Material receipt 1) Presence of Correct Label with Code No ,Traceability No.& Date of Packing & Date of Expiry
2) Presence of any type of Fungus , Any Visible Impurity & or Bad Smell
After 48 hours it will be responsibility of Customer to ensure Material is stored properly & ensured it does not get spoiled & gets consumed before Expiry Date
No Complaints will be accepted after 48 Hours of material receipt & after Date of Expiry
In case Customer finds any Material with Quality Defects Following actions to be taken immediately by Customer
1) Quarantine Defective Material.
2) Take clear understandable image of Label of Defective Packet & share same on given what app No.
3) Explain noticed defect in clear words
4) On verification of Quality issue Refund or Replacement will be done depending on as per agreements with customer
